Refunds

We think that a refund policy should be fair for customers and service providers alike. We don't want your money if you don't want the product.

  • If you wanted to, but forgot to cancel your account and it's been just a few days past your last billing date, we can refund your last charge.
  • If you haven't used Noko for a while, we can refund the last charge after you cancel your account.
  • We don't offer refunds for yearly pre-payments. Yearly pre-payments are a long-term commitment. (We mostly use this upfront money to invest back into Noko and pay for new feature development!) However, if you cancel your Noko account and have pre-paid for it, we can apply some of the remaining prepayment to any new account that you happen to open later.

Note: To prevent fraud, any refunds will only be issued to your original payment method. We can't issue refunds to other credit or debit cards, PayPal or via money transfer.
